Smarter Decisions is led by Kevin Telford, an experienced strategic advisor, founder, fractionalised C level leader, Board member, Non Executive Director, with experience across multiple sectors, markets and transformation challenges.
He works with organisations to shape strategy, unlock value, strengthen propositions and apply smart data and responsible AI in practical ways.
Kevin brings a blend of entrepreneurial thinking and corporate experience, including leadership, advisory and ecosystem-building roles.
His background includes work connected to smart data, trust, ethics, growth strategy, go-to-market, proposition development, innovation across large organisations, scale-ups and collaborative initiatives.
He is also a published co-author in AI, a keynote speaker and an active contributor to innovation and impact communities linked to fintech, data, AI and regional growth.
These experiences help inform a practical perspective on where markets are moving and how organisations can respond with clarity and confidence.
